पीएम मोदी ने 184 बहुमंजिला फ्लैट्स का किया उद्घाटन
नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज नई दिल्ली स्थित बाबा खड़क सिंह मार्ग पर बने 184 नए टाइप-7 बहुमंजिला फ्लैट्स का उद्घाटन किया। सुबह 10 बजे आयोजित कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने सिंदूर का पौधा भी लगाया।
यह आधुनिक परिसर सांसदों की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार किया गया है, जहां प्रत्येक फ्लैट लगभग 5,000 वर्ग फुट का है और इसमें कार्यालय व स्टाफ के लिए अलग से स्थान है। परियोजना जीआरआईएचए 3-स्टार रेटिंग, राष्ट्रीय भवन संहिता 2016 और भूकंपरोधी मानकों के अनुरूप है।
परिसर में हरित प्रौद्योगिकी, ऊर्जा संरक्षण, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा उत्पादन और अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की सुविधाएं शामिल हैं। एल्युमीनियम शटरिंग के साथ मोनोलिथिक कंक्रीट निर्माण तकनीक से यह परियोजना समय पर पूरी हुई। दिव्यांगजनों के अनुकूल डिज़ाइन और सुदृढ़ सुरक्षा तंत्र इसकी विशेषताएं हैं।
सांसदों के लिए अनुकूल आवास की कमी को देखते हुए ऊर्ध्वाधर आवास विकास के रूप में इसे तैयार किया गया है, जिसमें सामुदायिक केंद्र और कर्मचारियों के आवास भी शामिल हैं।
