नाबालिग बेटियों के यौन शोषण के आरोप में पिता गिरफ्तार, पौड़ी पुलिस ने भेजा जेल
कोटद्वार। नाबालिग बेटियों के साथ लंबे समय तक यौन शोषण किए जाने के गंभीर मामले में कोटद्वार पुलिस ने आरोपी पिता को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश करने के बाद जेल भेज दिया। मामले की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक पौड़ी सर्वेश पंवार के निर्देश पर पुलिस ने निष्पक्ष एवं गहन जांच की।
पुलिस के अनुसार, कोटद्वार निवासी एक महिला ने कोतवाली कोटद्वार में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि उसके पति द्वारा उनकी नाबालिग पुत्रियों के साथ लंबे समय से दुष्कर्म एवं यौन शोषण किया जा रहा था। महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि शिकायत की जानकारी किसी को देने अथवा पुलिस में जाने पर आरोपी द्वारा जान से मारने और घर से निकालने की धमकी दी जाती थी।
शिकायत के आधार पर कोतवाली कोटद्वार में मु0अ0सं0 188/2026 के तहत धारा 351(2), 64(2)(एफ), 64(2)(एम) BNS तथा धारा 5(एल)/6 एवं 5(एएन)/6 पॉक्सो अधिनियम में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया।
पुलिस के मुताबिक, प्रारंभिक जांच में पति-पत्नी के बीच पारिवारिक विवाद की बात भी सामने आई थी। ऐसे में शिकायत में लगाए गए आरोपों की सत्यता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पुलिस ने सभी पहलुओं की निष्पक्ष जांच की। एसएसपी पौड़ी ने महिलाओं एवं बालिकाओं के विरुद्ध अपराधों के प्रति जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति के तहत मामले में त्वरित और प्रभावी वैधानिक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
विवेचना के दौरान पीड़िताओं के बयान नियमानुसार दर्ज किए गए तथा घटनाक्रम से जुड़े विभिन्न पहलुओं की जांच करते हुए आवश्यक साक्ष्य संकलित किए गए। पुलिस ने आरोपी से भी पूछताछ की। पुलिस का कहना है कि प्रारंभ में आरोपी ने विभिन्न बहाने बनाकर तथ्यों को छिपाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन जांच के दौरान सामने आए साक्ष्यों और बयानों के आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान अनुप चंद्र, निवासी कोटद्वार के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया, जहां आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्रवाई के बाद उसे जेल भेज दिया गया।
