उत्तराखंड में खुलेगा देश का पहला सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय
देहरादून/अहमदाबाद। गुजरात दौरे के दौरान राज्य के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि उत्तराखंड में देश के पहले सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय का कैम्पस खोला जायेगा। इसके लिये राज्य सरकार द्वारा सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के सहकारी बैंक व गुजरात राज्य सहकारी बैंक (GSCB) कर्मचारियों के प्रशिक्षण और नवाचार के क्षेत्र में एक अनुबंध करेंगे।
गांधीनगर सर्किट हाउस में डॉ. रावत ने गुजरात के सहकारिता मंत्री जगदीश विश्वकर्मा और सहकारिता विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक की। जिसमें डिजिटल बैंकिंग, ऋण वितरण, और गैर-निष्पादित परिसंपत्तियों (NPA) की वसूली के प्रभावी तंत्र पर चर्चा की गई।
डॉ. रावत ने गुजरात के सहकारी मॉडल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इसे उत्तराखंड में लागू कर किसानों, महिलाओं और युवाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त किया जाएगा। उन्होंने GSCB की डिजिटल बैंकिंग प्रणाली और NPA वसूली के कुशल तंत्र की प्रशंसा की।
उन्होंने कहा, “त्रिभुवन सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय, जो आनंद में इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ रूरल मैनेजमेंट (IRMA) के कैंपस में स्थापित हो रहा है, सहकारी क्षेत्र में शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देगा। उत्तराखंड में भी इसका एक कैंपस स्थापित किया जायेगा, ताकि हमारे युवाओं को सहकारी प्रबंधन और तकनीकी कौशल मिल सके।
उन्होंने बताया कि त्रिभुवन सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय, जिसका नाम अमूल के संस्थापक त्रिभुवन दास पटेल के नाम पर रखा गया है, सहकारी क्षेत्र में डिग्री, डिप्लोमा और पीएचडी पाठ्यक्रम प्रदान करेगा। यह देश भर में सहकारी प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का एक नेटवर्क बनाएगा। यह पहल उत्तराखंड के सहकारी क्षेत्र को मजबूती प्रदान कर ग्रामीण विकास और वित्तीय समावेशन को बढ़ावा देगी।
“इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में, उत्तराखंड के सहकारी बैंक GSCB के साथ मिलकर सहकारी बैंकों के कर्मचारियों के लिए विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने पर सहमति बनी। इन कार्यक्रमों में डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, ग्राहक सेवा और ग्रामीण आर्थिक विकास पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा।
डॉ. रावत ने गुजरात मॉडल के अनुरूप उत्तराखंड में NPA वसूली को तेज करने और एक संरचित कार्ययोजना लागू करने की बात कही।
बैठक में उत्तराखंड सहकारिता विभाग के सचिव सहकारिता डॉ. बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम, सचिव सहकारिता गुजरात सरकार संदीप कुमार, निबंधक सहकारी समितियां गुजरात एम पांडे, निबंधक सहकारी समितियां उत्तराखंड मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट, प्रबंध निदेशक उत्तराखंड राज्य सहकारी बैंक प्रदीप मेहरोत्रा, संयुक्त निबंधक नीरज बेलवाल, मंगला प्रसाद त्रिपाठी, गुजरात स्टेट कॉपरेटिव बैंक के प्रबंध निदेशक एवं अमूल डेयरी के प्रबंध निदेशक एवं अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
