अनिल अंबानी की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, लोन फ्रॉड मामले में ED ने जारी किया समन
नई दिल्ली। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने अनिल अंबानी की कंपनियों से जुड़े 17,000 करोड़ रुपये के कथित लोन फ्रॉड मामले में बड़ा कदम उठाया है।
जांच एजेंसी ने 12-13 बैंकों के प्रबंधन को पत्र भेजकर अनिल अंबानी ग्रुप को दिए गए लोन की पूरी जानकारी मांगी है। ये लोन बाद में गैर-निष्पादित परिसंपत्ति (NPA) बन गए। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, अगर बैंकों के जवाब संतोषजनक नहीं हुए तो बैंकरों को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
ईडी ने अनिल अंबानी के खिलाफ शुक्रवार को लुक आउट सर्कुलर (LOC) जारी किया और उन्हें 5 अगस्त को पूछताछ के लिए तलब किया है।
यह मामला रिलायंस हाउसिंग फाइनेंस, रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशंस और रिलायंस कमर्शियल फाइनेंस को दिए गए लोन से जुड़ा है।
बैंकों से मांगी गई पूरी डिटेल
ईडी ने स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, एक्सिस बैंक, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, एचडीएफसी बैंक, यूको बैंक और पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक जैसे बैंकों से लोन मंजूरी की प्रक्रिया, डिफॉल्ट की समय-सीमा और रिकवरी के लिए उठाए गए कदमों की जानकारी मांगी है।
सूत्रों का कहना है कि अगर जवाबों में कोई कमी पाई गई तो बैंकरों को जांच एजेंसी के सामने पेश होना पड़ सकता है। इसके अलावा, ईडी ने अनिल अंबानी की रिलायंस ग्रुप से जुड़ी 50 कंपनियों और 25 लोगों के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम कानून (PMLA) के तहत मुंबई में 35 ठिकानों पर तलाशी ली थी।
जाली बैंक गारंटी का पर्दाफाश
जांच में पता चला कि अनिल अंबानी की कंपनियों ने सोलर एनर्जी कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एसईसीआई) को 68.2 करोड़ रुपये की फर्जी बैंक गारंटी दी थी। यह गारंटी रिलायंस एनयू बीईएसएस लिमिटेड और महाराष्ट्र एनर्जी जनरेशन लिमिटेड के नाम पर दी गई थी, जो अंबानी के एडीएजी ग्रुप से जुड़ी हैं।
ईडी का दावा है कि फर्जी गारंटी को असली दिखाने के लिए एक जाली ईमेल डोमेन “s-bi.co.in” का इस्तेमाल किया गया, जो स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के असली डोमेन “sbi.co.in” से मिलता-जुलता है।
ईडी ने नेशनल इंटरनेट एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया (एनआईएक्सआई) से इस फर्जी डोमेन की रजिस्ट्रेशन डिटेल मांगी है ताकि इसके पीछे की सच्चाई का पता लगाया जा सके।
आगे की कार्रवाई की तैयारी
ईडी इस मामले में गहराई से जांच कर रही है और अनिल अंबानी से पूछताछ के बाद और भी बड़े खुलासे होने की उम्मीद है। जांच एजेंसी यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है कि लोन की रकम का दुरुपयोग कैसे हुआ और क्या इसमें बैंकों की मिलीभगत थी।
अनिल अंबानी की कंपनियों पर पहले भी वित्तीय अनियमितताओं के आरोप लग चुके हैं, लेकिन इस बार ईडी की सख्ती से मामला और गंभीर हो गया है। आने वाले दिनों में इस जांच के और बड़े नतीजे सामने आ सकते हैं।
