तेजतर्रार आईपीएस अफसर अरुण मोहन जोशी बने आईजी, 23 साल में बन गए थे आईपीएस
देहरादून: उत्तराखंड सरकार के कार्मिक एवं सतर्कता विभाग ने आईएएस, पीसीएस और सचिवालय सेवा के अधिकारियों के बंपर तबादले हुए हैं। उत्तराखंड शासन में अधिकारियों के तबादले को लेकर लंबे समय से अटकलें चल रही थीं। लेकिन कार्मिक विभाग ने बीते सोमवार की रात को अधिकारियों के तबादले की सूची जारी कर दी है।
उत्तराखंड सरकार में अधिकारियों का स्थानांतरण
सचिव युगल किशोर पंत को भाषा विभाग का दायित्व मिला है, जबकि उनके शेष विभाग यथावत रहेंगे। अपर सचिव सोनिका अब नागरिक उड्डयन की जिम्मेदारी संभालेंगी। अपर सचिव विनित कुमार से नियोजन विभाग हटा दिया गया है। अपर सचिव रीना जोशी को मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी राज्य स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपा गया है। अपर सचिव मनुज गोयल से उनके पुराने दायित्व हटाकर सैनिक कल्याण और उच्च शिक्षा विभाग सौंपे गए हैं। अपर सचिव आनंद श्रीवास्तव अब कृषि व कृषक कल्याण विभाग देखेंगे। अपर सचिव अनुराधा पाल को APD, ILSP, परियोजना निदेशक UGVS-रीप का अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभालेंगी। अपर सचिव हिमांशु खुराना को वित्त का प्रभार भी सौंपा गया है। अपर सचिव गौरव कुमार को अब निदेशक शहरी विकास का दायित्व दिया गया है।
निदेशक पंचायतीराज निधि यादव अब अपर सचिव कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण का दायित्व भी संभालेंगी। सचिवालय सेवा के अपर सचिव श्याम सिंह गन्ना विकास एवं चीनी उद्योग का दायित्व संभालेंगे। अपर सचिव अभिषेक को रुहेला कौशल विकास एवं सेवा योजन विभाग की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। अपर सचिव निकिता खंडेलवाल अब सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, सूराज और विज्ञान प्रौद्योगिकी का दायित्व संभालेंगी। नगर आयुक्त हरिद्वार चौधरी को अपर सचिव चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण का पद सौंपा गया है। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नंदन कुमार को नगर आयुक्त हरिद्वार का पद मिला है। सचिवालय सेवा के अपर सचिव महावीर सिंह चौहान को सामान्य प्रशासन और प्रोटोकॉल का दायित्व दिया गया है।

इसी तरह रिद्धिम अग्रवाल को अब पुलिस महानिरीक्षक कुमाऊं की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। अरुण मोहन जोशी को पुलिस महानिरीक्षक SDRF बनाया गया है। अनंत शंकर ताकवाले अब पुलिस महानिरीक्षक प्रशिक्षण की जिम्मेदारी संभालेंगे। एनएस नपलच्याल को निदेशक यातायात की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। योगेंद्र सिंह रावत को पुलिस महानिरीक्षक कार्मिक की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। सुरजीत सिंह पंवार अब अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक अटक हरिद्वार की जिम्मेदारी संभालेंगे। अरुण भारती को अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक GRP का पद दिया गया है। जगदीश चंद्र अब नैनीताल अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक का दायित्व संभालेंगे। लोकजीत सिंह को देहरादून में अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात का दायित्व दिया गया है। स्वप्न किशोर सिंह को अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक STF की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
