LIC ने इस रेलवे शेयर में लगाया बड़ा पैसा, 5 साल में दिया तगड़ा रिटर्न
नई दिल्ली। शेयर बाजार में भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम (LIC) सबसे बड़ा घरेलू संस्थागत निवेशक है। एलआईसी की कई कंपनियों में हिस्सेदारी है और लगातार यह अपने स्टैक कुछ कंपनियों में कम और ज्यादा करता है। इस बीच मौजूदा वित्तीय वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में एलआईसी ने एक रेलवे शेयर में अपने निवेश को बढ़ाया है। रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड (RVNL Share) में एलआईसी ने अपनी हिस्सेदारी को बढ़ाकर 6.6% कर दी है। इससे पहले मार्च 2025 तक यह स्टैक 5.84 फीसदी था।
इससे पहले आरवीएनएल को दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड से एक अहम ऑर्डर मिला था, जिसमें सात स्टेशन, पुष्प विहार, साकेत जिला न्यायालय, पुष्प भवन, चिराग दिल्ली, जीके-1, एंड्रयूज गंज और लाजपत नगर समेत अन्य स्टेशन की बिल्डिंग स्ट्रक्चर से जुड़े काम शामिल हैं। खास बात है कि इस परियोजना की लागत 447,42,48,757.33 रुपये यानी 447 करोड़ से ज्यादा है।
मल्टीबैगर रिटर्न
रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड के शेयरों ने पिछले एक साल में करीब 40 फीसदी तक नेगेटिव रिटर्न दिया है, लेकिन 5 सालों में 1800% से ज्यादा रिटर्न डिलीवर किया है। अप्रैल 2019 में रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड के शेयर मार्केट में लिस्ट हुए थे और उस समय इनका भाव 20 रुपये था और अब कीमत 380 रुपये है। 2024 में आरवीएनएल ने 2.11 रुपये डिविडेंड दिया था, जबकि 2023 में कंपनी ने 1.77 रुपये और 0.36 रुपये डिविडेंड दिया था।
